Duchenne UK New Horizons conference

Following the success of their annual Parent Information Days, Duchenne UK will be holding a new conference for the Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) community in London on 1-2 March 2024.

Called New Horizons, the conference is for parents, family members, caregivers, and those working to help people with DMD.

Over the course of two days, they will deliver critical updates on the latest progress in DMD clinical treatment and care, updates from the frontier of DMD research, and advice on education and social care.

Attending and presenting will be key people in DMD including leading clinicians, representatives from DMD Hub and DMD Care UK.

DMD community

It will also be an opportunity to meet and connect with other people in the DMD community. The aim is to build a highly educated and motivated community that will ensure the best possible health outcomes.
